The 6-8 Video Training program is a tool for you to earn your number and channel your potential. The Video Training is divided into categories to best suit your individual level. 6-8 Sports is about creating a strong foundation through fundamentals – so we advise every 6-8 athlete begins by focusing on Water Polo 1.0 and Water Polo 2.0 before moving on to categorical skills. Your base is what allows you to fly; the 6-8 videos better develop your base and teach you the importance of the smallest details. Tony and Maggie showcase their fundamentals and insights as to what has developed their base, but it is important to remember that every ‘body’ is different and moves in different ways. Therefore, Tony and Maggie’s videos are more of a guideline as to the movements of these fundamentals.
