The 6-8 Challenge clearly helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses. Each one of the 7 assessments measures a fundamental skill in water polo. For example, if you score low on the Medicine Ball Hold, it means you need to work on your leg strength. If you score low on the 2 buoy drill, you need to work on your quickness and side-to-side speed in the water. Low scores are not meant to discourage athletes but rather to efficiently show how you can work to improve your game. Once you discover what you need to work on, you can access the 6-8 Video Training Program to watch & follow detailed videos on each specific area of skill work.
